With over 1000 guests Dell, the world-renowned electronics brand with satellite offices here in Manila, treated their customer service and technical support representatives to one unforgettable night inspired by MTV in Shangri-La Makati’s Rizal Ballroom last November 27, 2009.

Hosted by MTV VJ Eri Neeman, with food prepared by Shangri-La’s top chefs and entertainment from different local artists and Parokya ni Edgar, Dell definitely delivered one unforgettable affair.

But the stars of the night weren’t inside the ballroom, nor were they up on stage, eight stars to be exact, were along the hallways leading to the ballroom. Dell employees and bosses alike got caught in the phenomenon brought about by these stars, the phenomenon brought about by Baicapture.

Dell employees can’t get enough of Baicapture photo booth. They hopped from one photo booth to another, and all you’ll hear are praises, laughter and sometimes teasing, all sure signs that everyone was having a blast no matter what their age, rank, position or department is. Baicapture supports SM Green Retail Agenda 2009

Baicapture together with the country's giant corporations Nokia, Microsoft, Boysen, Silicon Valley and Unilever

participated in the recently concluded SM Green Retail Agenda 2009, a project of SM Prime Holdings and SM Supermalls.

Held last November 16, 2009 at the SMX Convention Center, the whole day event aimed to encourage and educate the country's leading corporations on how to do their share in reducing the country's waste and reusing or recycling their own or other's trashes.

Speakers from different industries and institutions shared their ways on how to go about different strategies and processes that will help the country grow towards sustainability while rebuilding what we destructed and preserving our ecological treasures. H.E. Stephen Lillie, Ambassador to the Philippines of United Kingdom was the keynote speaker of the program. He gave everyone a brief preview of the economic trends in the world that are mostly eco-friendly and Earth conscious.

Chin Chin Gutierrez, actress and founder of Alaga LAHAT and Vice Admiral Virgilio Marayag of AFP were the two inspirational speakers. Other speakers were Dr. Rosa Perez of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Arch. Fides S. Garcia, Vice President for SM Engineering & Design, Mr Edgardo Manda, President of Laguna Lake Development Authority, Arch. Lui Daya-Garcia, an advocate of green architecture, Sandeep Khanna, Marketing Head of Nokia Philippines and many more.

The attendees were treated to a sumptuous lunch and an eco-chic fashion show later that day. Attendees also took home Unilever products as giveaways and photo souvenirs from Baicapture that will remind them of that day.

Last August 20, 2009 in Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Baicapture together with Purple Tag was invited by Seair to be part of their product update event, they dubbed as Survivor Seair. Hosted by Tessa Prieto-Valdez the event was attended by numerous travel agencies and popular out of town resort and hotels.

Of course, Baicapture was there to provide instant souvenirs and capture faces of Survivor Seair and their guests. Delegates from Shangri-La Boracay , La Carmela de Boracay, Baguio Country Club and many others were left in awe of the effectiveness and elegance of Baicapture.

Baicapture in CCAP

Once again the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) held its annual conference and expo. The two-day event was well attended by different call center and call center-related businesses in the Philippines and abroad who showcased their companies, corporate images and of course capabilities. There were also programs and speakers who tackled several issues and developments in the contact center industry. Aside from these, a job fair was also going on at the other side of the venue. All these happened simultaneously from July 15 to 16 at the SMX Convention Center.

Baicapture together with its sister company Purple Tag, were invited by Media Focus, the event organizer of CCAP to be the onsite event souvenir provider for the said three-day function.

Most call center companies are no strangers to Baicapture, some of them have been frequent clients and for those who saw Baicapture for the first time through the said expo, were amazed by its effectiveness as an event gimmick and event souvenir provider.

Last July 6, 2009, Baicapture’s onsite technicians and assistants gathered altogether to sit down and learn advance photography. The whole day event was aimed to enhance the photography skills and knowledge of Baicapture’s technicians.

Topics covered include proper lighting techniques and adjustments, color balancing, focusing techniques, visual proportions and many other essential topics that is all about producing high-quality pictures. Every client is therefore assured that with Baicapture the best moments of your event will be captured clearly with colors livelier than ever.

A technical training last July 22, 2009 appropriately followed this photography workshop. Once again all of Baicapture’s onsite technicians and assistants gathered to refresh their knowledge and learn new technological advancements brought about Baicapture’s very own software developments through its sister company Baisoft.

Baicapture’s technicians and assistants sharpen their knowledge and tested their onsite troubleshooting skills. They were given worst-case scenarios during actual events and impressively each technician and assistant was able to overcome each situation graciously.

"Yokoso!" - Century Park Hotel

The much-awaited Century Park Hotel Top Accounts Party was held last June 23, 2009 and of course Baicapture was there to celebrate with them.

Every year Century Park Hotel hosts a party for its frequent corporate clients. This is their way of expressing their gratitude for the trust they get from such colossal and well-respected corporations.

The theme of the party is Yokoso! Japan, celebration of the Japanese culture and lifestyle. The grand ballroom of Century Park Hotel was dressed according to the occasion and so as the guests. Japanese lanterns, cherry blossoms and Japanesetemples as food stations adorn the ballroom. Guests came in wearing their Kimonos, Yukata and Obi Belts. And of course the foods served were all Japanese – donburi dishes, gomaae delicacies, gyoza, varieties of korokke, ramen, sashimi, sushi and many more.

But the highlight of the night is Baicapture. Surprisingly it is the only area where there is a line, none in the open bar and none in the buffet stations. The attention grabbing Japanese inspired backdrop of Baicapture drew the attention of guests. The enthusiasm other guests showed during their session with Baicapture simply radiated throughout the ballroom and initiated other guests to try the said photo booth.
